Eating your meal in a slow manner is very important because your brain doesn’t realize you’re full until 20 minutes have passed. This sheds light on why a lot of people overindulge; 10 minutes after consuming a large meal, they still feel huner. By the time another 10 minutes has passed, they are sickeningly full. The sweet taste of sugar is one that most of us actually enjoy. You can’t genuinely get rid of sugar from your diet but you can at least limit your sugar consumption.
