<p>But just how can you be able to tell how well your brain activity has improved? This is a question that can be answered through keen self observation of the way one is able to handle situations with reference to their brain activity before the training.</p>
<p>One of the characteristics of successful brain training is improved memory, part of the most effective cognitive skills is based on memory. This basically the ability to remember just how an earlier situation had been handled by someone else within a friction of a second. <p>Brain fitness is all about being able to maintain a straight thought processes even when faced with stressful situation. After successful brain training one should may not necessarily navigate through life easily when under stress but rather be able to maintain a sober state of mind throughout any situation and make rational decisions.</p>

Brain fitness refers to the ability of the brain to perform overall mental function efficiently. Brain health is normally measured through the brain&#8217;s ability to remember details, perform certain tasks calculation and solving simple problems. </p>
<p>Brain fitness can be seen from a person&#8217;s speech, how well they speak and express themselves. This is because, talking is a mental process that requires one to think about what they are going to say in advance before the words come out through the mouth. Poor brain health in such situations can be exhibited through hesitation or stammering. There are certain factors that can lead to deterioration in brain fitness , this can be reduced brain activity due to idleness, which is one of the causes of Alzheimer&#8217;s</p>
