Since founding Hutchinson Networks in
March 2011, we have been providing multi-vendor Professional Services and
Training within the IT networking sector. We have now have over 1200 certified
engineers worldwide and our aim is to deliver local resources and expertise

As part of our recent growth, it is my
intention to ensure an overall improvement in our communication and increase

utilized a combination of our certified specialists and project managers on a
daily basis to achieve a high quality result, time and time again.

As you can see, our customer base is diverse in
both market sector and geographical location and whilst one of our strategies
this year is to establish more relationships in the domestic (UK) market, we are
also intent on further strengthening the ones we already enjoy
internationally.

On the staffing front, we have added 3 full time
technical consultants to the company in recent months and are looking for a
further 2 to help us deliver existing projects in 2012.

To ensure we continue to deliver to the highest
possible service levels, we have also added further headcount to the Operations
team and implemented what we envisage will be a fundamental software system that
will enhance our speed of response and change the way we do business. Finally,
we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to help us manage the growing
number of customers that approach us for help and expertise.

At Hutchinson, we also believe strongly in our
business partnerships and we continue to build upon these to provide value for
our customer base. This enables us to facilitate more aggressive pricing, a
wider access to services, expertise and ultimately a single point of contact for
our customers, making it easier to do business! In the last quarter alone, we
have added Bluecoat, Dell, VMWare and Microsoft as partners.

Afiniti were also delighted for our Learning Consultant Jim Hainie who won
Gold Award for Trainer of the Year. The words of the judges
say it all. It is not unusual for trainers to find themselves in situations
that are both demanding and outside their comfort zone; but very few will have
been stretched to the extent that Afiniti Learning Consultant, Jim Hainie, has
been at Network Rail. Jim demonstrated that his approach went significantly
beyond conventional training, in that he was able to create a learning culture
that not only maximized the effectiveness of skills transfer, but also had a
real bottom line impact.

Afiniti also won the Silver Award for External Project of the Year
with Network Rail based on the fabulous work that the team have been
doing with Network Rail Train Planning Project through learning and
communications helping to reduce delay minutes.The scheduling of trains
across the rail network can be a real challenge and Afiniti worked closely with
the client to understand what was needed to ensure that the system was deployed
as effectively as possible. The judges were especially impressed by the empathy
between Afiniti and the client and the way in which the programme was marketed,
branded and deployed.
We were also shortlisted for Instructional Designer of the
Year a real credit to the work Jonathan Reeve delivered on the Reed
Elsevier project. His clients were proud to endorse Jonathan for the quality of
his work and ongoing commitment.
